The barn is reverse level so the living accommodation is on the first floor. This means that the living rooms are very light and have rural views. The barn is spacious and modern whilst retaining its rustic charm. Its a lovely historic building built around 1850 which has been sympathetically updated with state of the art conveniences. It has plenty of space and is ideal for large groups because the mixture of large rooms makes entertaining the whole group easy whilst the additional smaller rooms allow different age groups to find their own space.

The barn has ample parking (up to five cars) and a double garage with an additional fridge freezer. The south facing front garden has a sheltered patio with table and chairs and barbecue. The north facing courtyard garden is also set up for barbecues and gets late evening sun. The sunny two acre field includes two ponds and is great for children's games such as hide and seek or pond dipping. The field is completely fenced off with a separate access gate from the other two gardens. It is therefore possible to close this off from younger children.
