The barn is reverse level with the living accommodation on the first floor. As a result the living rooms are very light and have lovely rural views. The barn is spacious and modern whilst retaining its rustic charm. It is a historic agricultural building built around 1850 which has been sympathetically updated with modern conveniences. It has plenty of space (280 square metres) and is ideal for large groups. The mixture of large reception rooms makes entertaining a large group easy. We often have guests celebrating big birthdays or wedding anniversaries with their family.

additional tv lounge with seating for at least 7 wood burner, 40 inch Sony digital tv, dvd and video and good selection of board games. The house also has another Panasonic tv.

Travel cot, highchair and baby listener available if required.

The barn has ample parking (up to five cars). The south facing front garden has a sheltered patio with table and chairs and barbecue. The north facing courtyard garden also has a barbecue and gets late evening sun. The sunny two acre field includes two ponds and is great for children's games such as hide and seek or pond dipping. The field is completely fenced off with a separate access gate from the other two gardens. It is therefore possible to close this off from younger children.
